Every woman is created with intention, value, and a mission. Ephesians 2:10 (AMP) reminds us, “For we are His workmanship [His own master work, a work of art], created in Christ Jesus [reborn from above, spiritually transformed, renewed, ready to be used] for good works, which God prepared for us beforehand…
” This means that long before you took your first step, God had already designed a path for you to walk, a path of impact.
At SFWSLI, we believe that women are not only called but also empowered to make a difference. Impact doesn’t always start from platforms or pulpits. It begins in the quiet moments, when a woman chooses to love, to speak truth, to serve faithfully, and to lead with integrity. Whether in leadership, ministry, the workplace, or the home, every woman carries the potential to shine Christ’s light and influence her world.
Being empowered to impact means stepping out with courage, not perfection. It’s easy to question our readiness or qualifications, but God equips those He calls. Through prayer, Scripture, and the strength of Christ, women rise into their callings with boldness. Purpose becomes visible when faith turns into action. The pursuit of purpose requires movement. Impact happens when a woman takes initiative, serves others, and responds to God’s promptings, even in small ways.
It’s in mentoring a younger woman, speaking up for justice, leading with compassion, or simply showing up consistently. These acts, done with grace and intention, ripple out and bring lasting change.
